Purpose
- Introduced GridCPR Concepts & Proposed WG Goals
- Distributed Draft GridCPR WG Charter for Comment
- Gained consensus among attendees that establishing the GGF GridCPR WG
  should go forward
- Initiated topic discussion, with a presentation by Nathan Stone (PSC)
  regarding implementation considerations for a production Checkpoint
  Recovery API/Service for the Terascale Computing System at PSC

Gained majority approval to go forward with proposed initial WG tasks:
- Charter revision schedule
- GridCPR Requirements Survey
- Review of existing research, current practices and implementations

Plans
- Solicit Charter revisions via mailing list; next revision out to mailing
  list end of August
- Develop and execute GridCPR Requirements Survey
- (Proposed) GridCPR WG will meet at GGF-6

Expected GGF-6 Meeting Outcomes:
- Ratified GridCPR WG Charter
- Review of initial GridCPR Requirements Survey Findings
- Establish final schedule for GridCPR Requirements Report
